AMEN|Saint Louis is A Ministry Embracing the Neighborhood.

We provide learning and service opportunities for groups visiting St. Louis. Come stay with us and learn about how poverty, homelessness, systematic racism, and many other issues are impacting our city. Get your hands dirty working with partner agencies who are addressing these issues directly. Then pray and reflect about how you might be a part of this kind of work in your own community once you return home.

We offer a pre-planned, week-long learning and service experience that comes with a great place to stay and friendly staff and volunteers to show you around. But, we’re also a small operation- so we’re open to flexible groups, special events, conferences and retreats, too. We’ve had AmeriCorps groups stay with us, advocacy and activist groups stay with us, disaster response groups stay with us, community organizing groups stay with us, middle school retreats, college service-learning groups, folks of all ages, religions, and interests. Give us a call- we’d love to work something out for your group!

AMEN|Saint Louis is minsitry of Oak Hill Presbyterian Church located in the Tower Grove South Neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri.  Through congregational fundraising and generous grants, Oak Hill Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) was able to launch AMEN and begin its life as a ministry embracing the neighborhood in 2012.   The house at 4115 Connecticut Street directly adjoins the 4111 Connecticut church building.

Visit our church website to find out more information about our congregation.  Our worship service is on Sundays at 10:30 AM and all are welcome!  We hope you get a chance to meet our congregation as a part of your stay here in Saint Louis.
